SpaceX in Hawthorne seeks a Lead Production Control Scheduler to drive rate-based scheduling for Falcon hardware, lead a team of schedulers, identify shortages, and track constraints to keep work centers prioritized.

The role partners with production and supply chain, develops scenarios, enhances tooling and automation, and reports weekly on risks and progress toward on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing scheduling, planning, or operations experience.
• 1+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or people.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in aerospace, business, manufacturing, mechanical or industrial engineering.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Production Schedulers to develop rate-based schedules and track constraints.
• Identify part shortages and project long-term rate needs.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain to meet daily/weekly goals.
• Develop scheduling scenarios to secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Monitor MRP systems using SQL to identify shortages and escalate threats.
• Lead continuous improvement through lean, six sigma, or Kaizen initiatives.
