Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Supervisor of Production Scheduling (Tube Shop) in Hawthorne, CA. You will lead a team to meet Falcon 9 manifest targets, oversee cradle-to-grave schedules, and ensure efficient use of material and labor resources.

The role emphasizes daily schedule visibility, continuous improvement, and collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to optimize flow and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR 4+ years in material planning, production coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• 1+ years of experience with automated scheduling systems (MRP/ERP).
• Experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of schedulers and production coordinators to meet manifest targets and improve Tube Shop performance.
• Provide daily schedule visibility and manage part shortages or resource performance.
• Develop reports on product completion status and on-time delivery.
• Analyze critical paths and variances to optimize deliveries and guide management.
