Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical coursework helpful.
• Experience with diagnostic testing equipment is critical.
• Preferred four years as an apprentice-level mechanic in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vehicle functionality by inspecting, replacing parts and repairing body damage.
• Tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing.
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following instructions, troubleshooting, maintaining supplies, preventive maintenance.
• Stays updated on industry trends and shares knowledge with team.
