Our established luxury residential construction firm is seeking an experienced full‑time senior project manager who understands both high‑end remodeling and new construction. You must understand framing, fine finish carpentry, tile, and more. A balance between attention to detail, customer service, and efficiency is essential. This role is about more than just management; it's about ensuring the quality of our brand is maintained on every job site.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years (10+ years preferred)
• Lead Project Execution: Drive all phases of luxury remodeling and custom home projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to LaBonte's uncompromising standards of quality.
• Technical Knowledge: Demonstrates comprehensive and practical knowledge of all trades essential for luxury construction including UDC and job costing.
• Blueprint & Shop Drawing Interpretation: Fluently read, interpret, and translate complex prints and shop drawings into precise construction activities for field teams.
• Technological Proficiency: Computer literate with proven ability in project management software, scheduling, and digital communication tools.
• Professional Requirements: Must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.
