Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates team activities to meet production targets and schedules.
• Provides daily leadership for manual and CNC machining operations.
• Monitors processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinates priorities with planners and managers.
• Assists with machine setup and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintains production records and status of work orders.
• Trains team members on equipment operation and safety.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handles shift handover and production reporting.
