Job summary

Hyundai Ideal Electric Co. is seeking a Production Supervisor of Machining to lead and mentor the machining team in a hands‑on role.

You will set up and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, and machining centers while driving quality, on‑time delivery, and safety standards. You will manage staff performance, coordinate workflows, and maintain ERP records, with a strong emphasis on ITAR/EAR compliance and customer‑facing quality.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a manufacturing machine shop environment.
• Five+ years in a supervision/management role.
• Deep experience setting up/operating CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, HMC/VMC).
• Ability to use offsets, G/M codes and tooling knowledge.
• Experience with customers/vendors in a B2B environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production scheduling and manufacturing processes for quality and on time delivery.
• Staffing, directing machining personnel and maintaining labor relations.
• Train and mentor machinists on blueprints and job skills.
• Record production activities in ERP and manage inventory control.
• Lead ITAR/EAR compliance and safety initiatives in manufacturing areas.
