Qualifications

• 8 years' experience as a Medical Technologist in the appropriate discipline.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests and procedures.
• Follows approved policies and procedures and records results accurately.
• Performs quality control, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
• Review patient results prior to release and correlate with history/values.
• Communicate critical values to medical staff as per protocol.
• Oversees training and competency assessments for new staff and instruments.
