Job summary

GreenArrow is seeking a Specialized Transportation Project Manager to orchestrate oversized load projects, permits, and heavy haul logistics from planning through execution. You will coordinate field personnel, partners, dispatch, and scheduling while prioritizing safety and proactive communication with clients.

In this role you will build strong customer relationships, anticipate risks, and lead teams in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in specialized transportation, heavy haul, oversized loads, super-loads, or permitted transportation operations.
• Experience coordinating transportation logistics, dispatch operations, or transportation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of DOT transportation regulations and permitting requirements.
• Experience managing customer relationships within transportation, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial industries.
• Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Specialized Transportation Operations from planning through execution.
• Coordinate field personnel, transportation partners, dispatch operations, and scheduling.
• Monitor risks, scope changes, and transportation requirements across active projects.
• Build strong customer relationships and serve as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead teams and drive execution with safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
