Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with heavy machinery, including a supervisory role.
• Expert-level operator of various machines necessary for tight space maneuvering.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule yard laborers and equipment operators.
• Conduct final 'ready-to-work' inspections on equipment.
• Perform mechanical troubleshooting on returned equipment.
• Lead daily safety meetings and enforce PPE standards.
• Oversee loading/unloading of heavy haulers and ensure compliance with DOT standards.
• Manage physical maintenance of the yard facilities.
