Job summary

Constructors Inc., a NEBCO Company, is hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Foreman to lead a world-class maintenance shop in Lincoln, NE. The role focuses on accountability, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all aspects of the shop’s operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing all equipment movement, managing work orders and labor, ensuring preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and high-quality repairs with transparent repair history. CDL is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have technical degree or certification in heavy equipment, diesel technology, or related program.
• 5 years of experience in shop operations, equipment management, and leadership; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Commercial Driver's License helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all equipment entering and leaving the shop.
• Create and close work orders; track technician labor and parts.
• Manage repair quality, warranty recovery and preventive maintenance.
• Make repair-versus-replace recommendations and control shop tooling.
• Maintain parts inventory and housekeeping; ensure safety practices.
• Lead training and development of shop staff and maintain repair history.
