• Read and interpret grading plans to meet specifications.
• Set up and shoot site grades using laser equipment.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance for safety.
• Assist with septic system and water/sewer earthwork as needed.
• Collaborate with site teams to complete prep on schedule.
