Qualifications

• Five years of experience operating a dozer or similar earth-moving equipment.
• Familiarity with grading techniques, slope work, and soil compaction.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Operate dozers to move earth and materials according to project specifications.
• Grade and level surfaces to meet job requirements.
• Push, spread, and compact soil and aggregates.
• Work from blueprints, stakes, and GPS systems to follow site grading plans.
