Qualifications

• Experience leading heavy equipment crews on job sites.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site protocols.
• Ability to read project plans, elevations and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators, skid-steers, loaders and other heavy equipment while guiding the crew.
• Organize and delegate tasks to ensure scope and standards are met.
• Lead daily safety, productivity, and quality briefings on site.
