Job summary

RYCOE Enterprises Inc. is seeking an experienced Operating Foreman to lead field crews on active projects in the United States. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and meeting client expectations while coordinating equipment, personnel, and materials on site.

You will conduct daily safety meetings, supervise crew activities, and ensure compliance with project plans. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of job site safety practices and hazard recognition.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining excavation equipment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan according to project schedules and ensure equipment, tools, and materials are on site.
• Lead daily safety meetings and provide clear direction, delegation, and on-site expectations.
• Maintain organized and safe job sites with proper staging and care of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate progress, productivity, and quality with Operations Manager, crew, and clients.
• Capture and maintain detailed project documentation including photos, time logs, and daily reports.
• Ensure work follows project plans and client requirements, resolving issues to minimize delays.
• Perform end-of-day site inspections, crew debriefs, and planning for the next day.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
