Job summary

You will be responsible for diagnostics, major overhauls, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and relevant certifications. This full-time position requires availability for on-call hours and potential travel to job sites.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in heavy equipment repair, including 3+ years at a senior level.
• Manufacturer certifications (Caterpillar, Komatsu, etc.) strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct major overhauls of engines and hydraulic systems.
• Lead complex repair projects and mentor junior mechanics.
