Barnard Construction Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic Foreman for our Hachita, NM site to lead maintenance and repairs for the heavy equipment fleet. You will supervise mechanics and ensure uptime on demanding projects across North America.

Ideal candidates bring strong diesel, hydraulic, electrical troubleshooting skills, hands-on leadership, and the ability to prioritize repairs in a fast-paced construction environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Experience overseeing maintenance, repair, and daily operations of a heavy equipment maintenance team.
• Ability to keep construction equipment safe, reliable, and operating efficiently with hands-on leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and daily operations of our heavy equipment maintenance team.
• Provide hands-on mechanical support and leadership to other mechanics.
• Prioritize repairs in a fast-paced construction environment and troubleshoot diesel and gas engines, hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical systems.
