Job summary

Texas Disposal Systems is seeking a Technician III to perform maintenance on company assets, assist with overhauls, and install replacements. You will work on electrical, hydraulic, and computer diagnostic tasks and respond to service needs and road calls.

The role requires at least three years of heavy truck or equipment maintenance experience, own tools, and knowledge of hydraulic systems, air brakes, and electrical components. Strong English communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of heavy truck or equipment maintenance experience.
• Own tools and ability to diagnose hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Familiar with OEM diagnostic software and shop procedures.
• Experience with Class 8 trucks and heavy equipment preferred.
• Excellent English communication and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE and follow safety policies at all times.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assets.
• Document repairs, times, and parts used.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and triage faults promptly.
• Train new hires and conduct quality checks on work.
• Maintain repair records and procure parts as needed.
