Doggett Freightliner in Texas is seeking a Road Technician to diagnose, repair and service heavy machinery. You will diagnose hydraulic and electrical issues, install and update equipment, and support customers with technical guidance.

The role requires 3+ years with heavy machinery, an associate degree or technical training, and a valid Texas driver's license. You will work in a safety-conscious shop and maintain tools and parts. Training and safety programs are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus technical college associate degree.
• Minimum 3 years' experience working with heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of Machine Control and Guidance operation.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, power train and engine components.
• Demonstrated technical, mechanical and troubleshooting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide troubleshooting and after-sale support to ensure timely resolution to customer issues.
• Diagnose hydraulic and electrical issues affecting machine control system performance.
• Install and update equipment, check cables and connections to hardware.
• Provide technical guidance, pre-sale analysis, product specs and customer demonstrations for Trimble products.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep equipment within manufacturer specs.
