Responsibilities

• Supervise civil construction operations to align with plans, specs, and standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while optimizing labor and material efficiency.
• Enforce site safety protocols meeting regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and update construction schedules to meet milestones.
• Review invoices for accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Hire and manage hourly field staff with the Project Manager.
• Prepare field change orders with client representatives as needed.
• Lead planning meetings to ensure equipment readiness and continuity.
