You will supervise field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and manage equipment and material flow to ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and budget requirements.

The role requires strong planning, read-and-interpret plans, and coordination across multiple teams, with a focus on quality and OSHA-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Minimum 1 year of Superintendent or senior field leadership experience.
• Experience with site development, underground utilities, earthwork, grading, concrete, storm drainage, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, planning, scheduling, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, utility profiles, grading plans, and contracts.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field operations on heavy civil construction projects.
• Supervise field personnel and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
• Develop daily work plans and maintain project schedules.
• Monitor progress, quality, productivity, and safety on site.
• Maintain cost control, production tracking, and reporting.
