Job summary

Heavy Civil Project Manager position in Virginia overseeing highway, road and bridge construction with self-perform contractor. You’ll drive planning, execution, and closeout with ownership of schedule, budget and quality.

You’ll work with field leadership, owners, agencies, subcontractors, and vendors on complex infrastructure projects, reporting to senior leadership. Relocation assistance may be provided and a strong bonus program is available.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years managing heavy/highway, road, or bridge civil construction projects.
• Track record running medium-to-large heavy civil projects as a PM.
• Strong DOT/VDOT, roadway, bridge, grading, drainage, paving, or utility background.
• Strong cost control, schedule, contract, and change-order experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy highway, road, and bridge projects from planning through closeout.
• Be accountable for on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.
• Serve as main contact for owners, agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead field supervision and project engineering teams; define roles.
