LeoForce in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Senior Heavy Civil Project Manager / Estimator to lead field staff and oversee Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork and utilities on complex projects. The role requires a BA/BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 5–7+ years as a Construction PM with General Contracting on sitework and heavy civil work, delivering on time and on budget.

Job Details

The Estimator/Project Manager will lead field staff in construction of the entire project, managing all scopes (Structures, concrete, paving, earthwork, sewer/water), providing leadership to project staff and ensuring quality and timely and on budget completion of projects.
