Job summary

seqserv is seeking a Heavy Civil Foreman to lead on-site operations across multiple heavy civil projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate daily work plans, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to spec.

Proficiency reading blueprints and managing equipment, earthwork, utilities, and concrete is essential. With 5+ years in heavy civil construction (2+ in supervision), you will mentor crews, enforce OSHA safety policies, and maintain quality control while optimizing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, construction plans, and specifications.
• Familiarity with GPS base stations and equipment control.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee field crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators on-site.
• Coordinate and execute daily work plans aligned with project schedules and specifications.
• Enforce site safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor work quality to meet project standards.
• Manage materials, tools, and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and logs.
• Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders.
