Omega Foundation Services, LLC. is seeking a Heavy Civil Superintendent to oversee all field operations on heavy civil construction projects in Clarksville, Arkansas. The role requires ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing construction activities, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in civil construction and a strong understanding of project management principles. Preferred qualifications include a degree in a related field and prior leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7–10 years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, grading plans, and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day field operations for heavy civil construction projects.
• Supervise foremen, operators, laborers, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and communicate project expectations to field crews.
