Job summary

Rummel Construction, Inc. seeks an Experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to lead projects around Phoenix, AZ. The role involves planning, scheduling, cost control, coordinating subs, and maintaining client relations on complex heavy civil sites.

The position requires 5 years PM experience in heavy civil, a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and a construction-related degree preferred. Relocation assistance is available for out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a project manager in heavy civil construction.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• College degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience with ViewPoint, Primavera/MS Project, or HCSS Heavybid is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and understand project plans, specifications, contracts.
• Analyze costs, project sequence/scheduling, change orders, and budgets.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and client relations; oversee field teams.
• Set up project documentation systems and cost controls.
