Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience in heavy civil construction (heavy highway, mining, mass excavation, site prep).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
• College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with ViewPoint or similar PM software, Primavera/MS Project scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and understand project plans, specs, and contracts; analyze costs and scheduling.
• Negotiate subcontracts and manage subcontractors/suppliers; control costs and revenue projections.
• Mentor Project Engineers and Superintendents; maintain client relations and safety standards.
