Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Arizona to lead heavy civil infrastructure projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, and budget execution. This role requires 5+ years of PM experience, a related degree, and proficiency with PM software.

Relocation assistance may be available; the team values collaboration, safety, and on-time delivery for public and private clients in the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or field operations.
• Knowledge of heavy civil construction (wet utilities, roadway, water/wastewater preferred).
• Design Build / Alt. Delivery experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and basic cost tracking (ViewPoint or similar PM Software, Primavera/MS Project Scheduling, and HCSS Heavybid are a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of heavy civil infrastructure projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance; process RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with field teams to support construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance
• Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
