You will communicate with supervision and manage on-site activities to keep projects moving efficiently. The role requires independent work with strong teamwork, travel to jobsites as needed, and a commitment to quality and timely execution.

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years' Experience in the Construction Industry, preferably heavy civil
• Knowledge of cut and fill operations
• Ability to work independently and as a team leader
• Exercises professional judgement and behavior
• Ability and willingness to travel to jobsites
• Cut/fill earthwork operations on residential projects
• Reading and interpreting plan sets
• Reading and understanding soil reports and project specifications
• Dust Control requirements and best practices

Responsabilités

• Direct field personnel and ensure safe construction practices on site
• Communicate effectively with on-site activities and supervision
• Assist the Project Superintendent with construction activities and coordination with project management
