Job summary

Allied Universal is recruiting a Security Shift Supervisor for a healthcare facility in Cleveland, OH. This full-time role oversees security staff on a specific shift, coordinates with the site supervisor and Account Manager, and ensures delivery of quality services.

The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a HS diploma or equivalent (or 5 years of verifiable experience), strong communication, and the ability to prepare reports and logs. A valid driver’s license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to prepare reports and logs neatly.
• Read and understand operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Prepare and maintain reports and logs.
• Ensure quality service and safety at the client site.
