Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a superintendent in building/construction.
• Healthcare project experience is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and construction docs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Oversee on-site activities, safety, and quality.
• Monitor budgets and control costs with vendors and subs.
• Communicate progress with managers and clients; submit logs/reports.
• Process change orders with project managers and clients.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials; forecast needs.
• Enforce QA procedures to meet standards.
