Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience; healthcare construction experience preferred.
• Procore experience required for RFIs, submittals, observations, inspections, and field activities.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and project team.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Review plans, specifications, submittals, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor progress and proactively address scheduling, coordination, constructability, and field issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, deliveries, shutdowns, and other critical project activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite, including work in occupied healthcare facilities.
