HITT Contracting Inc. seeks an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead healthcare and life sciences projects on-site in Dallas.

You will supervise field teams, coordinate with project management, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and scheduling standards. The role requires a strong safety mindset, construction leadership, and solid experience with occupied or fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
• Experience leading on-site teams and safety programs.
• Strong communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and manage trades to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site safety and enforce the HITT safety program.
• Maintain quality standards across all project aspects.
• Serve as site leader and liaison among project team and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily log, punch list, and closeout with owner/architect acceptance.
• Develop schedule with project manager and ensure timely execution.
• Build relationships with subcontractors and manage change orders.
• Organize site team and resources, including temporary facilities.
• Collaborate with project manager and site operations throughout the project.
