Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an IT/Sr Integration Analyst to lead integration initiatives across Epic EMR, patient accounting interfaces, and clinical/financial systems.

You will collaborate with clinicians and end users to design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain advanced integrations that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. You will mentor lower-level analysts, coordinate planning and maintenance activities, and ensure timely delivery of

Qualifications

• Requires Epic certification(s) within 90 days of last class.
• Experience with API-driven design (SOAP/REST).
• Experience with multiple Epic application workflows and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor analysts.
• Coordinate planning, development, and maintenance of integration projects.
• Design, build, test, train, implement, and maintain EMR interfaces.
• Analyze business problems and recommend solutions.
• Ensure project tasks are completed on time and report status to managers.
• Distribute workload and support IT/Sr Integration Analyst duties as needed.
