Job summary

AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking an Interface Analyst to manage integration activities across the software development life cycle, from analysis to go-live and support. You will design interfaces using HL7, XML, FHIR, and web services, and collaborate with physicians and end users to document workflows.

The role requires healthcare IT experience, knowledge of interoperability standards, and the EPIC credential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
1+ systems integration experience in healthcare IT.
Experience with HL7 or other interoperability standards.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
EPIC Credential required.

Responsibilities

Develops and codes interfaces using HL7, CCD, XML, X12, FHIR, web services, API per specifications.
Performs testing (unit, system, functional, integration) and resolves issues to ensure interfaces function correctly.
Collaborates with physicians and end users to document workflows and perform gap analysis.
Participates in on-call rotation and other duties as assigned.
Writes technical specifications and conformance documents.
