Job summary

The UCSF Kanbar Center for Simulation seeks a Simulation Supervisor to design, conduct, promote, and evaluate health professions education programs in alignment with UCSF objectives and national accreditation standards. You will support learners across faculty, residents, fellows, and students in curriculum, teaching, and assessments, while coordinating ongoing program administration.

The role includes supervising staff, applying expertise in clinical simulation technology and education theory,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• 5+ years directly relevant experience, 3+ years lead/supervisor/manager experience. Advanced knowledge relevant policies and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of a health professions education program curriculum and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and supervise health professions education programs in line with accreditation standards.
• Support learners including faculty, residents, fellows, and students in curriculum and assessment.
• Coordinate ongoing administration of health professions education programs.
