Job summary

B.H. Inc. is seeking a high-level Horizontal Directional Drill Operator for their operations in the western U.S. This position offers a great chance to work with a national leader while enjoying a solid work-life balance with a rotation of 4 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HDD Operator experience, a valid Class A CDL, and the ability to lead operations with minimal supervision. B.H. Inc. provides competitive pay with opportunities for travel support and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of dedicated HDD Operator experience.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Ability to travel 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate Ditch Witch rigs and guide drill bits using the Falcon F5.
• Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance.
• Lead utility pot-holing and manage tooling changes.
