Qualifications

• BSEE/MSEE degree required with leadership experience testing precision instruments/sensors.
• Must be comfortable in a laboratory environment and able to lead test activities.
• Ability to create new test plans and procedures for novel instrumentation.
• Organize and manage test results and data storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team testing and debugging complex electronic circuits (FPGA, MCU, mixed-signal, photonics).
• Develop test procedures with physicists and engineers for next-gen quantum instruments.
• Define DFT/DFM improvements with engineering and manufacturing.
• Create and oversee environmental, EMI/EMC test plans at external facilities as needed.
• Lead by example and mentor early-career engineers.
