Job summary

ByteBridge is seeking a Product Manager to drive development of a next-generation infrastructure platform, from concept through commercialization. You will define strategy, own the roadmap, and coordinate engineering and manufacturing partners to deliver an integrated hardware solution.

This role requires building a product from the ground up in a fast-growing tech environment, balancing customer needs with manufacturability, cost, and quality while collaborating with executives across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or design field.
• 7+ years in Product Management or Technical Program Management.
• Experience developing complex hardware products.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and PLM.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
• Gather customer and market requirements and translate into priorities.
• Lead cross-functional development across engineering, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and field services.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, structural, and software design activities with milestones.
• Lead New Product Introduction from prototype to production and launch readiness.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing, serviceability, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Manage supplier and manufacturing partner relationships and sourcing.
