Green Garden Landscaping in Seattle seeks a construction foreman to own hardscape projects from start to finish, including paver patios, retaining walls, and related work on residential and HOA sites. You will lead from the front, manage your crew, keep schedules, and serve as the primary contact for clients and the office.

The role requires 3+ years in hardscape construction with 1–2 years in a lead role, a valid driver's license, and English (Spanish a plus).

• 3+ years in hardscape construction, with 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• English/Spanish bilingual is a strong plus – useful with crews and clients

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, on residential and HOA sites
• Manage crew assignments, daily workflow, and site safety
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate timelines and issues to the office
• Maintain equipment and ensure tools and materials are tracked and ready
• Hold finished work to a high standard that clients notice and we stand behind
