The position involves collaboration with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and education to patients undergoing orthotic fabrication and post-surgical rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in OT or PT with licensure.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab/outpatient therapy.
• CHT credential and CPR/BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish care plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
