Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, design custom splints, and develop individualized recovery plans within an outpatient setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with a DPT/OT preferred and CHT certification, plus 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab. Collaboration with surgeons and therapists is essential to drive optimal outcomes.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree; DPT/OT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT/PT program.
• 3+ years' experience in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform patient evaluation and establish plan of care.
• Develop custom splints and orthoses for hand and upper-extremity.
• Supervise assistants, students, and support staff.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and therapists on care plans.
• Deliver comprehensive post-surgical and injury rehabilitation.
