Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring a Front Desk Manager for our Crystal Lake location. You will lead the front desk team, supervise membership services, and partner with club leadership to hit KPIs while delivering a best-in-class member experience.

You’ll recruit, coach and schedule staff, ensuring payroll alignment and a positive work culture. This role reports to Club Management and emphasizes guest satisfaction, cleanliness and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams in a service environment.
• Experience overseeing front desk or membership services is preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching and performance development skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain front desk department oversight and coordinate with department heads.
• Recruit, interview and hire front desk staff; approve staffing changes.
• Schedule staff within payroll budgets and guide team development.
• Drive a positive culture and ongoing coaching of sales and customer service skills.
• Lead brand experience, resolve member concerns and monitor service standards.
• Support facilities and operations to meet Edge standards daily.
