Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead the club's front desk team. You will recruit, hire, schedule and coach staff while ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to payroll budgets.

You will drive a positive, energetic culture, coordinate with club leaders, and implement development opportunities to help employees grow and deliver exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a front desk team and coordinating with other departments
• Strong staffing, interviewing and selection skills
• Proven ability to schedule staff within payroll budgets
• Excellent coaching and customer service skills
• Ability to build a positive, high-energy workplace that fosters improvement

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk department, communicate with department heads on performance
• Recruit, interview and hire front desk staff for the club
• Authorize staffing changes including hires, promotions and terminations
• Schedule front desk team to meet goals while respecting payroll budgets
• Coach and develop front desk staff in sales and customer service
• Create a positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement
