Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is hiring a Member Experience Associate to welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every interaction. You’ll greet members enthusiastically and assist with membership questions to promote a “Raving Fan” experience.

You’ll team with the Front Desk and Facilities staff to hit monthly sales targets, drive gym metrics, and support a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of delivering a high level of customer service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of gym services, memberships, and offerings.
• Demonstrates target-driven sales mindset and ability to meet monthly sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and nurture the member experience with friendliness at the core of every member interaction.
• Greet members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from start to finish of shift.
• Serve members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on changing lives.
• Assist members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a great member experience.
• Collaborate with Facilities to keep the club looking and operating at a high standard.
