Job summary
AF Group is seeking a Lead Guidewire Architect in the United States to drive design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support of Guidewire solutions for Property and Casualty operations. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across one or more Guidewire InsuranceSuite applications and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
You will mentor engineers, coordinate development tasks, and promote best practices in APIs, web services, and batch processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in information services or related field; continuous learning expected.
- Minimum seven years of development and system design experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical expert for Guidewire-based applications supporting P&C insurance products.
- Oversee design, configuration, development, integration, testing, implementation and production support for PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter.
- Translate business needs into secure, scalable Guidewire solutions with stakeholders.
- Provide technical direction, review designs and code, and promote best practices.
