Job summary

Emergent Holdings, Inc. seeks a senior Guidewire technical lead to design, configure, integrate, test, deploy, and support Guidewire solutions for Property and Casualty operations.

You will drive one or more InsuranceSuite applications (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), align solutions with architecture, security, and performance standards, and guide delivery teams. You will mentor engineers, lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Seven years of development and system design experience.
• Extensive Guidewire experience in a Property and Casualty environment.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Guidewire application (PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter/BillingCenter).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical expert for Guidewire-based applications supporting Property and Casualty insurance products and operations.
• Lead solution design, configuration, development, integration, testing, implementation, and production support for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Partner with product owners, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, architecture, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable Guidewire solutions.
• Provide technical direction to engineers, coordinate development assignments, review designs and code, and promote best practices.
• Design and support integrations between Guidewire and internal/third-party systems using APIs, web services, messaging, and batch processes.
