COUNTRY Financial is seeking a seasoned Guidewire Solution Architect to lead architecture for the Property and Casualty Claims Insurance Application Development team. You will guide development across ClaimCenter workstreams, collaborate with enterprise architects, vendors, and business units, and drive architectural direction for scalable, cloud-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with Property/Casualty insurance claims workflows.
• Expert level knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter, including configuration and integration capabilities, cloud implementations.
• Experience with large, multi-team strategic projects in a SAFe Agile environment.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and DevOps tooling.
