Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Production Support Analyst to strengthen our production operations in a fast-paced environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in L1/L2 support, incident management, troubleshooting, and log analysis for P&C insurance claims processing.

The candidate will work with Datadog, Splunk, and SQL to identify and resolve production issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive timely resolution while maintaining SLA commitments.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter Production Support experience.
• Strong L1/L2 Support, Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Production Operations experience.
• Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Guidewire ClaimCenter and related integration components.
• Manage incidents (P1/P2) with timely escalation and root cause analysis.
• Perform log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with upstream/downstream teams on batch processing and data integrations.
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence in production support.

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Production Support Analyst with strong hands-on experience in L1/L2 production support, P&C Insurance, incident management, troubleshooting, Datadog, Splunk, SQL, and log analysis.

Key Requirements:

5–7 years of Guidewire ClaimCenter Production Support experience.

Strong L1/L2 Support, Incident Management, Troubleshooting, and Production Operations experience.

Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge.

Working knowledge of ClaimCenter Configuration, Batch Processing, Integrations, and Message Queues.

Hands-on experience with Datadog, Splunk, SQL, and Log Analysis.

Experience with Root Cause Analysis, SLA Management, and P1/P2 Incident Management.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
