The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of Guidewire experience, specifically in PolicyCenter and Digital/Jutro. Strong architectural capabilities, along with mentoring skills, are required. This position is critical to ensuring scalable, API-first, Cloud-native architecture and leading diverse teams in delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Guidewire.

• Hands-on experience with Integration Gateway and REST APIs.

• Proven track record in cloud implementations.

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Cloud Tech Lead with strong expertise in PolicyCenter, Integration Gateway, and Guidewire Digital (Jutro-based UI). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Cloud implementations, driving backend, integration, and digital experience architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire Cloud implementation across core and digital layers
• Architect solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter
• Design and oversee integrations using Guidewire Integration Gateway
• Provide technical leadership for Digital implementations using Guidewire Digital / Jutro
• Guide UI and backend teams on API design and digital journey orchestration
• Ensure scalable, API-first, Cloud-native architecture
• Mentor developers and enforce best practices

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Guidewire experience
• Strong PolicyCenter configuration and product model expertise
• Hands-on Integration Gateway and REST API experience
• Experience with Guidewire Digital / Jutro-based implementations
• Cloud implementation experience (Guidewire Cloud)
