Qualifications

• 2 years of proven experience in GSE maintenance and repair with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff in equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
• Must have a valid state driver's license with clean record.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the ground support equipment maintenance team.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ensure maintenance and repair follow industry standards and safety regulations.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Diagnose complex malfunctions and oversee troubleshooting procedures.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Develop maintenance procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.
